Charles E. Cornwell, MS, ELD National Laboratory Director
Charles E. Cornwell, MS, ELD, has worked in the field of reproductive medicine for over fifteen years and during that time has developed highly successful IVF laboratories in the United States and consulted for IVF centers across the globe. Charles completed his undergraduate work at the University of Utah, worked in laboratories specializing in the field of human reproduction, then studied embryology in England, Italy and Austria. He earned his graduate degree (Masters of Advanced Studies) in embryology from Danube University in Krems, Austria. He is an active member of ASRM (American Society for Reproductive Medicine), ESHRE (European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology) and ALPHA-Scientists in Reproductive Medicine. He has clinical and scientific interests in the fields of embryo imaging, ICSI, PGD, blastocyst culture and embryo cryopreservation.
Patricia Lindsay has been in the field of reproductive medicine for most of her career. Early in her career she was responsible for a 5 state territory for a leading pharmaceutical company as a sales representative and then as an independent consultant focusing on IVF clinic development. She has gained tremendous knowledge in developing IVF clinics from a strategic planning perspective, to site selection, staff recruitment and retention. Patricia has particular expertise in the development of patient education and referral sources. As a mother of twins from infertility therapy she has keen insight into the emotional challenges of being an infertility patient. Patricia brings a wealth of personal and professional knowledge to the IVF Centers of Excellence.
